Board of Directors
As a body, the board of directors has a great deal of responsibility. The board of directors sets the direction, mission, tone and strategic vision for an organization, all of which must be done in keeping with the board’s fiduciary duties of obedience, care, and loyalty. The Budget Committee consists of the five (5) Board Directors and five (5) citizens at large.

Estacada Fire Department Board Meetings
Board meetings will be held by remote video conferencing. The Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM. The public is invited to attend in person or by remote video conferencing, as time is scheduled for public comment. The Board of Directors has various committees that meet periodically throughout the year. Meetings are scheduled as the need arises to discuss issues for each committee.
