The purpose of a firefighter Peer Support Team is to provide emotional and psychological support and referrals to firefighters and other emergency services personnel. Firefighters face high levels of stress and trauma in their line of work, and our Estacada Peer Support Team exists to assist them in coping with the challenges they encounter.
