Board Meeting

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors for Estacada Fire District No. 69 will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Agenda items will include a Supplemental Budget Hearing for the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget, a Budget Hearing for the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget; and requests for the board on the following: approval of a resolution to adopt and appropriate the supplemental budget for fiscal year 2020-2021, approval of a resolution to make appropriations and levy taxes for fiscal year 2021-2022, approval of a resolution designating the appointing power of the fire district, approval of a resolution designating the registered agent of the fire district, and approval of an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with Clackamas Fire District #1.
