This is the view from the right front seat. The person that rides in this position is responsible for communications with dispatch and making sure the driver knows where to go. Our 911 dispatchers are locate in Oregon City (C-COM). We can communicate by voice with our radios and through the mobile data computer (MDC) at the top of the console. The MDC allows us to receive and send sensitive information that is not suitable for voice communications.
